I Am Scared of the Wolf

Moi j’ai peur du loup, by Émilie Vast

Two bunnies are having a chat at night. “Can I tell you a secret? I am scared of the wolf.”
“Really? Why’s that?”
“Because he’s got big teeth!”
“Oh no, it’s the walrus who’s got big teeth!”

Page after page, one of the bunnies details the features that make the wolf such a scary animal, only for the other one to transfer these features onto another animal. This is how the wolf becomes a very strange beast, far removed from the genuine wolf, much more elegant and far less scary!

52 pages picture book, 16,7 x 19 cm.
