The Hill

La colline, by Liuna Virardi

As summer comes to an end, autumn reveals its colours and birds start to migrate to the south. At dawn, a snail wakes up after a long sleep. Now it’s time to hit the road!

The young gastropod rediscovers the world as he nibbles a few leaves here and there and admires the glorious fragrance of flowers. Everything is so different in spring! On the cap of a big mushroom, our little explorer spots an old oak high up in the hills. He decides to reach it slowly but surely by weaving between stones and plants.

The journey is not easy but he remains calm and marvels at the beauty of nature. Suddenly the weather gets cloudy and looks threatening…
