Maybeclopedia is a rich and delightfully absurd collection, bringing together a non-exhaustive inventory of whimsical things and contraptions, meticulously illustrated and classified with scientific rigour. Readers discover a world where objects defy logic: living clothes, twisted nails, soft furniture and even upside-down bicycles populate the richly detailed illustrations. As the pages turn, inventions as improbable as they are endearing emerge: a colander without holes, a watering can that’s afraid of water, or even a magician snowman. So many objects—sometimes useless, often poetic— that transform everyday life into an imaginary playground.
